Clarity Process Group builds practical AI systems for businesses and secures the cloud identities, permissions, and data behind them. We also build and run our own product, ClarityOS.
Why AI engineering and security together
Building ClarityOS meant doing both jobs at once: real-time voice and SMS agents, retrieval over each business's own knowledge base, multi-tenant data, payments, and the Azure infrastructure underneath, all of which had to be secured before any customer's data could touch it.
That combination is what we bring to client work. When we build an automation, we think about the permissions and inputs it will see. When we review a Microsoft environment, we know how AI tools will use the access we find.
What we're not
- A general IT helpdesk or managed service provider
- A certified audit or compliance attestation firm
- A large agency staffing junior people onto your project

Start with the business problem
A missed call, a slow intake process, an access review nobody has time for. We define the outcome in terms you already measure before choosing any technology.
Practical engineering over demos
Workflows get built against real data shapes, real failure modes, and real handoffs to people. A demo that only works on the happy path isn't finished.
Secure by design, not by review
Least privilege, verified inputs, secrets management, and logging go in from the first version. Security that arrives after launch costs more and covers less.
Honest about scope
We'll tell you when a process shouldn't be automated, when a finding is low priority, and when you need a specialist we aren't.
Improve after launch
Real usage teaches more than any spec. We review conversations, run logs, and findings after go-live, and recommend the next change based on evidence.
